The company is promoted by Ashok Kumar Dugar and Sushil Kumar Jain who have a combined experience of over 40 years in the stock broking industry and capital markets. The founding stone of the company rest firmly on decades of experience of its directors who have successfully promoted Divya Portfolio Pvt. Ltd. in the past. Established network of Divya Portfolio Pvt. Ltd., visionary leadership of promoters, and well laid out infrastructural support will provide a stepping stone for the company to scale new heights in the near future.

In the nascent stages of the company, a road map, similar to the one laid out for Divya Portfolio Pvt. Ltd., has already been put in place by the promoters in order to nurture and establish it firmly in the commodities trading space. Apart from the dedicated research team, the company lays emphasis on latest technology and internet based trading systems in order to make its presence felt. DPL Comtrade Pvt. Ltd. is a member of Multi Commodities Exchange of India Limited (MCX), a well-established name in commodity trading segment in India. Primarily, the company offers the following set of services:


  • Commodities Broking Services (primarily for retail private investor)
  • Hedging Solutions
  • Arbitrage Desk for Commodity Trading
    • Via our corporate desk for producing/consuming firms that have either direct or indirect economic exposure to the underlying commodity
